Crow Roofing personnel are professionals in weather protection. From start to finish, all jobs are inspected by experienced Quality Control Superintendents directed by a Project Foreman. We employ fully trained installers to insure quality workmanship.

FOUNDER
Walter A. Crow
Founder Crow Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., 1946.

Walter A. Crow founded Crow Roofing Company in 1946, at which time our projects consisted mainly of residential and small commercial work. Over the years, as the company grew, so did the size of our projects. Walter A. Crow is married and the father of two grown children with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In 1974, Walter A. Crow was instrumental in the formation of Western States Roofing Contractors Association and later served as one of its first presidents. He was also active in the Seattle Moose organization and Seattle Executive Association, assuming leadership roles in both organizations.

Through his leadership, Crow Roofing has continued to provide quality workmanship and professional roofing assistance.

MANAGEMENT

Carolyn "Carrie" Vares:
President
Washington State native, originally from Roslyn, and attended Griffin Murphy Business College in Seattle. She has been with Crow Roofing since 1978 and has served two terms as president of the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington.

QUALITY CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT

Roger Vares:
Roofing Superintendent.
Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Roger served in the Army in the Vietnam War. He started in the roofing industry in 1971- all but three of those years with Crow Roofing Company .

SUPPORT STAFF

Julie Berganio:
Payroll and Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Hails from Bainbridge Island, Julie attended the University of Washington. Julie has been in the construction field since 1977 and with Crow Roofing since 1986.
